cancellations and refunds policy. Again, please submit your cancellation request at least 72 hours prior to the next billing cycle to ensure our team has adequate time to complete your request prior to your renewal date. All requests sent within less than 72 hours before the renewal date cannot be guaranteed to be canceled prior to the next billing cycle and no refunds will be made for charges that occurred from late cancellation notices.
